Busy Hairy Woodpecker

I have watched this Hairy Woodpecker work on these holes over the past several times on the Canon City Riverwalk. While some males have just small red spots, this male has a lot of red feathers on his head. By double-clicking on the photo the red feathers are more clearly seen and the birds eye is interesting to see also.
